This is the ESB tanning bed open style 2-lamp ballast with a 10-pin connection.

This is a very special tanning bed ballast designed just for ESB tanning beds as it can be used in 120 Volt or 240 Volt ESB home tanning bed models.

Tech. Tip:  ONLY use Non-Shunted lampholders with this style of ballast.
