This is the most common fan bracket used ALL  ESB tanning bed / bronzing bed
(benches / bottom covers).

It is also used in (select) ESB 6 ft tanning bed / bronzing bed (canopies / top covers)

ESB Tech Tip - this fan bracket is (not) used in Radiance, Oasis and pre-2005 Elite (canopies / top covers).
